These Upstream Forge Limited terms and conditions explain how we provide business consultation, social media marketing, IT support, dashboards, and related services. First, we keep discovery practical and confidential. Then, once the scope is clear, we agree the work, pricing, and delivery approach before paid work begins.

Consultation and advice
Our recommendations, opinions, and strategic suggestions are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. However, business outcomes cannot be guaranteed because market conditions, budgets, third-party platforms, and client decisions can affect results. Therefore, final business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Confidentiality and day-zero NDAs
Upstream Forge uses an NDA signed on day zero approach whenever requested or appropriate. As a result, sensitive ideas, numbers, systems, plans, and operational challenges can be discussed with more confidence before deeper discovery begins.
Services and scope
Services may include business consultation, social media marketing, content planning, website support, IT infrastructure support, dashboard access, competitive analysis, reporting, and related advisory work. Each engagement may be hourly, fixed-price, block-hours, or retainer-based. In addition, any significant change in scope may require revised pricing, timelines, or deliverables.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, approvals, brand assets, and timely feedback where needed. In addition, clients remain responsible for legal, tax, financial, employment, regulatory, and operational decisions unless a suitably qualified professional is separately engaged.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, client-owned information, brand assets, and client-created content remain the property of the client. However, Upstream Forge retains ownership of internal methodologies, reusable frameworks, templates, processes, and general know-how developed independently of a specific client project.
Payments and cancellation
Invoices are payable within the payment period stated on the invoice or agreed proposal. Either party may end an engagement according to the agreed terms. However, work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upstream Forge Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Conflicts of interest
Upstream Forge may decline or pause work where a material conflict of interest exists, where confidentiality obligations cannot reasonably be maintained, or where the requested work falls outside our practical capability or ethical boundaries.
